DAY RATE all inclusive (water, electricity and gas) is US Dollars 25/= or in Rs 8,000/=.
Booking charge is rent of period of stay or 1 months rent which is Non Refundable..
Additional Deposit of Rs 100,000/= is taken for Breakages/ Damages which is REFUNDABLE. Amt vary according to length of stay.
