The Eagle's Nest Villa consists of two buildings.
The main house is 7,040 square feet and is three stories high. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen, and two additional rooms that can also be used as bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd floors have large terraces of 645 square feet each. The 3rd floor terraces are 1,930 square feet. The house has a 45-foot swimming pool.
The guest house is 1,455 square feet and has one story. This house has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a 350-square-foot terrace. There is a 40-foot swimming pool. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. All bedrooms in both houses have attached bathrooms.
Both houses have solar water heaters on their roofs.
There is also a solar power plant on the roof of the main house, which generates electricity for the needs of the house. It consists of solar panels, a 3-phase inverter and a battery.
The main house has a three-phase connection to the electrical grid, the guest house has a single-phase connection.
You can enjoy the space and sunbathe on the property, take a dip in either of its two swimming pools, or head to Unakuruwa Beach, 700 metres away, for surfing.
