It has a Triple Bed, It is equipped with clean linen, utensils, cutlery and all essential electrical appliances. Separate entrance and parking available. Summer is located on 1st floor. There is a common terrace for drying clothes or entertaining friends or for just relaxing.
It has a separate Gas cooker area and two small Balconies.. Maximum no of occupants are three.

Regular cleaning of premises is done. free. TV Dialog Pearl package free.
Electrical appliances are Air Conditioner, Satellite TV, Fridge, Rice cooker, Electric kettle, Iron, Microwave oven, washing machine, 2 burner gas cooker an 2 ceiling fans and 1 standing fan.. .
Furniture Triple Bed, Large wardrobe with mirror, small Writing Table, computer table, Bed side table, 2 Sofa chairs, Dinning stools. In the studio you get a Pantry section plus dinning area.
Modern attached Bathroom with shower cubicle, hot water for shower only and fully automatic washing machine..
RATES

Budgeted – Per DAY rent rate – Rs 6000/ plus additional charge for electricity, water and gas..
Per DAY rent standard rate RS 8000 or USD 22 All inclusive (water, gas, electricity).
Per MONTH rent rate Rs 100,000/ plus additional charge for Electricity on separate LECO meter, gas and nominal rate rs 2000 per mth for water.
Breakages/Damages Advance Deposit Rs 100,000/. REFUNDABLE.
Rates vary depending on period of stay.

For LONG term occupants an Advance rental deposit of 2 months is charged on arrival.
For SHORT term occupants less than 3 months, rent for the total period of stay. is charged on arrival..
To confirm occupancy a BOOKING CHARGE equivalent to one month rent or full period of stay is charged.

WE already have 3 other studios in our above premises. And we have been renting out over the last 15 years. And had a very mixed crowd of guests foreign, local for short and long term.

Maximum no of people 3 adults.
Smoking not permitted inside studio premises. Allowed on balcony and open air terrace. 24 hour electricity supply.

Special offer: For the months of April, May and June 2024 basic rent per month is 90,000 plus electricity, water additional charge .
