Description
Description of the Land.
This beautiful land with a scenic view is situated in the village Pooliyedda , Uduwela, in Kandy district.
It is a bare land with an extent of 139.30 perches, marked as Lot nos : 111,112 & 113 of plan no: J 1070 ..
Part of a former Tea estate which was developed as a real estate project by The Finance Kandy branch named “Dream Range”.

The distance to the land from Kandy town is 12 kms , reachable on Hantana /Uduwela/Galaha road through the famous Hantana tea estate which is a 30-45minutes drive.
This will be 11 kms up to the Uduwela bus stand and a further 1 km down the Mount Royal road that leads to the Pooliyedda village
off Uduwela/Galaha main road .
Galaha town is 10 kms away from the land and one would find fascinating natural landscapes, Tea lands and rural upcountry village life while driving on Uduwela/Galaha main road.
A public bus service is available covering Kandy, Hantane, Uduwela & Galaha towns.
Neighborhood & Developments in the area :
There are three small scale tourist hotels namely, Jungle Tide, The Mount Royal Hotel & Dream Lodge
situated about 500 meters away from the land.
In addition, a few private houses are built on the blocks of the Dream Range project closer to these hotels.
There are no developments closer to the Land and it is surrounded by bare blocks of land.
Being the largest land extent of 139.3 perches when compared to other blocks and considering the unique location, any future developments in the vicinity, will not disturb the peaceful present atmosphere.
