Have 2 cottages and cane be accommodated 14-20 pax. Caretker and 5 employees. Monthly running cost is 100K.

We Sell each cottage at $50-75 per night at Airbnb. We have an outbound camping company from Kandy who is doing their first camp end of the month at 26k per night we give them only the lawn. There is a prof. From a local Uni who wants to lease part of the land for 5 years at 40k per month and he will put up a house for him to finish his 2 books. We harvest 30-50 kg cardamom every 3-4 months.

We get coffee aboutkg per year We got turmeric 900kg from 175kg and dried them for 200kg. Tried 1kg is selling at Rs. 2000 pkg.
