Paddy field next to land is abandoned land lands for long time and can be turned in to a pond or to dig canals to plant like lotus and water lillees or can plant coconut trees.
Had a discussion with agriculture offfice about these things and as per them those permission can be granted if required.
Im expecting 1.5 million for perch without considering the building, swimming pool and the paddy field and the available building materials.
