Save swimming is possible there also for kids and elder people. Which is not everywhere easy in Sri Lanka due to dangerous currents.

If this is not enough Dickwella Beach is just a few minutes by feet west of Hiriketiya. For snorkelling and diving activities Nilwella Beach is really excellent only few minutes further east.

The walls of our eco friendly building are made of natural stones surrounded by an awsome garden architecture. Many threes and plants spending shadow from the heat of the day. Just around 40 m far from the beach.
Behind and beside of the building is still space enough for more ideas!
Around 50 % of the ground is still free.

At the moment it is used as a restaurant but also could be changed into a
yoga shala, wellness oasis, discotheque, villa, dive-or surf center or whatever you dream of to establish!
If anyone plans to open a dive center we can give helping advises because we runned a dive center twenty years ago in this area and we know plenty of dive sites around. At the moment there is no dive base here but tourists asking for it instantly.

Restaurant also well known as ”Blue Bay Chillout Lounge” is fully equipped and with massive wood furniture. Open kitchen and stone made pizza oven in the garden.
Downstairs 38 Pax, upstairs 26 Pax, side lounge 10 Pax, bonsai garden outside another 26 Pax (100 Pax alltogether). See also at “Tripadviser”!
Property includes also a two bed room with shower and toilet or can be used as office!

Land is located on the edge of the bay approximately 10m above the sea level. (See google maps)! So we have fertile soil where all kind of plants can grow. Place was also not effected during the tsunami disaster. Altitude and location on the side of the bay kept it save!

Land in Hiriketiya close to the beach is completely sold off that`s why land prices are high!
