The entire house is air-conditioned (including living areas). The pantry comes with four-burner cooker, two-door refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, etc. Both washrooms have hot water. Utility room has washing machine, iron & ironing board, etc.

The house comes with WiFi, cable TV (monthly fees to be paid by tenant), and even linen is provided (limited quantity).
It is located in a highly residential neighborhood on Lake Drive, within walking distance to the Parliament Road.

Prefer to give it for a minimum period of one year (or longer). Six months can also be considered (if taking for only six months, half month agent fee should be paid by tenant).
